Sugar Point Estates
As soon as you pass through the iron gates of this 50-acre property in Northeast Florida, you’ll feel the magical pull of this secluded setting.The wildlife… 2,500 feet of water frontage… century-old trees… and exotic flowers are like nothing you’ve seen before. The property’s 2,500-square-foot party barn (known as the “Sugar Shack), was built in 2007. It’s the ultimate party spot, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms (with London pub doors), a stage to accommodate almost any band, a 1,500-foot hardwood dance floor, and a 500-foot outdoor (partially-shaded) deck, overlooking the crystal-clear pond.

The Ribault Club
The historically restored Ribault Club on Fort George Island in Jacksonville, Florida will make any event distinctive and unforgettable. The Club's waterfront location and magnificent meeting and rental space is available for public and private functions. The 16,000 square foot clubhouse was designed in an International Mix / Island Plantation style by the famous society architect, Maurice Fatio. The interior of the building has many neoclassical features including fluted pilasters, classic arches and entablatures above beautifully paneled doors. Most rooms contain wainscoting, chair rails and picture rails, as well as the original Terrazzo floors. Ceilings are generally 12 feet high, and there is almost 6000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Chef Alex Jansen has loved food since he was a kid growing up in Wisconsin. This cheese head knew cooking food was the way to people's heart and couldn't help himself to continuing his love. Chef Alex attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts where he studied principles and systems of Auguste Escoffier, the international culinary icon and source of modern cooking. Upon graduating Chef Alex immediately joined the team at Salt at the Ritz Carlton in Fernandina Beach as a line cook. Salt gained national recognition as being the top Ritz Carlton restaurant in the country and earned the 5 diamond seal of approval. Chef Alex eventually worked his way up to Sous at Salt, working on his skill daily. After 2 years in that position Chef Alex accepted the position of Chef de Cuisine at Alloro at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. He worked to create custom menus and cuisines to the newest Ritz Carlton property. After getting Alloro up and running Chef Alex decided to move back home to Amelia Island and pursue his love- cooking for people like you.
